Despite a previously bad review from me, I again used this office today and received very good service from the representative I was fortunate enough to deal with. In fairness, this particular agent has always been able to deal with me efficiently on any auto insurance items I need help on. On the strength of today and this individual agent, I have revised both my opinion and rating. Thanks.

The customer service is great. I would recommend.
The staff at this location is very unfriendly and distant, almost like you are dealing with government officials from a totalitarian state. It later turned out that they also advised me incorrectly (which is after all not that bad, because that helped me to take my business elsewhere).I tried them because they are open on evenings, but I will never come back here. These people don't understand what customer service means, and don't appreciate their business.
They should try hiring people with customer service skills.
