I ordered before seeing the reviews and I'm so glad I did. This florist went above and beyond. Fresh flowers in immaculate condition. Ordered them this afternoon and they were delivered same day. Don't let the other reviews on here decide for you. I would definitely order again. Flowers are expensive maybe some people don't realize or appreciate that but the arrangement created went above expectations. Thank you!
Awesome service and reliable online order!I live in US and wanted to order flowers for my brother . I ordered the flowers online without knowing what to expect and was only hoping for the best!On delivery, I was amazed with the selection, the service, and the quality of the flowers. It looked even better than the picture .Glad now I know where to go when I need a great florist!!!
I am a regular customer in Victoria BC for my clients but my sister ordered flowers from NZ and said she had excellent service. Here is what she wrote to me. Amazing service. I ordered from the website and 5hrs later Nana had the flowers in her hands. Fantastic. They fully informed me over email the whole way. Can't have wished for any better. I have been ordering Mother's Day flowers for almost 2 decades. These were hands down the worst bouquet. I paid $135. They were nothing like the website that had a nice vase and twice the flowers. I did choose designer discretion as it was Mother's Day but you tell me if this was worth it.
THE WORST! I can't believe I got duped into hiring these clowns again. I hired them once and it was awful but I thought I'd give them another try this year, frankly mostly due to lack of options in Metchosin. The florists totally ruined my Mother's Day. I ordered two disgustingly expensive arrangements (worth it if the flowers had been any good which they were not) and they were both delivered after 9:00pm on Mother's Day. Left outside for the Metchosin deer to enjoy. Super smart move, Petals n Buds. One bouquet sent to a new mom (so young babies at home) and the other to an elderly couple. Yep, 9pm is SUPER appropriate for both those parties. And I left several messages asking for someone to call me and NO ONE CALLED! I can't believe it. Oh and then when I finally got a hold of Tara, the florist, she was rude, argumentative and said that my people should have answered the door. Don't have a business if you can't handle customer service. Stay away. Stay far away.
